Environmental Policy Support is one of our main areas of expertise. Throughout the years we have proved to be a supporting pillar to agencies, governmental ministries, regional, national and international bodies.



Transfer of knowledge is a central requirement in our day and age. We make sure that our clients have a clear understanding of policy tools and know how to implement them, in order to achieve each goal required. We have vast experience in assisting governmental authorities (national or regional) in the implementation of the EU environmental acquis. Our environmental policy expertise lies in sectors such as air, noise, soil, waste, water, wastewater, industry, nature and biodiversity.

Our staff has extensive experience in policy development and analysis in the environmental sector. We are able to offer a range of policy related services, including analysis and reports on current and future legislation (EU and international level). A full time staff of civil - sanitary - environmental engineers, hydrologists, chemical engineers, architects - town planners, economists, ecologists, biologists, environmental scientists, lawyers and other scientists possess the necessary experience to fully meet our clients’ needs and guarantee the quality of provided services.

In particular, Enveco Environmental Policy specialists have considerable experience in the following areas of activities:

  • transposition of EU environmental legislation

  • expert support in the procedure of public consultation of the proposed environmental policy

  • transfer of knowledge related to the administrative responsibilities for each part of the environmental acquis;

  • information on the administrative arrangements for inspection, including the capacity of the relevant institutions;

  • analysis of the processes of permitting and inspection;
